Amplifying the Good You Do, with AI
I started Dragon Fruit Consulting to help growing technology companies succeed. Along the way, AI capabilities exploded in an unexpected way. As I moved from AI skeptic to confident adopter, I noticed the growing disparity between those keeping pace and those lagging behind.
Some point to AI literacy as the answer, but that's only one piece of the puzzle. Many leaders are too busy with their day-to-day to think about where to start. They want to focus on what they need to know, which problems AI can solve, and how to create capacity for change. Strategically, they will also need to consider the impact of AI on their organizations, in terms of value creation, competitiveness and shifting stakeholder expectations.
Years of working with nonprofits and associations, as both a board member and volunteer, have taught me how stretched these organizations can be. But I know that adopting AI responsibly will help them be more efficient and effective, so they can focus on the things that matter. The benefits are tangible and amplify their ability to do good.
This is why Dragon Fruit Consulting is focused on closing the AI adoption gap. Drawing on my experience working in government, business, and technology, I provide curated content, tools, and methodology to help organizations adopt AI with confidence, so that no one is left behind.

Kim Logan, MBA
Principal
Kim Logan has an innate ability to listen, challenge and collaborate. Her strength is guiding people through difficult conversations and ensuring points of view are heard so they can chart a path forward together. This is essential for good change management and makes AI adoption far less daunting.
Kim spent sixteen years at TELUS, in government relations and most recently in the Internet of Things business unit, where she worked with newly acquired technology firms and built an incubator program for IoT startups. She founded Dragon Fruit Consulting to bring that experience to growing technology companies, drawing on deep expertise in strategy, public policy, and market development. Today, she helps organizations navigate advancements in AI technology to promote the effective and responsible use of AI.
Kim also brings significant public-sector and healthcare experience, having served as Chief of Staff to the BC Health Minister, where she led major change initiatives including health sector redesign and legislative reform.
Her belief in purpose-driven work runs throughout her career. She has served on numerous boards, including the Business Council of BC, the Justice Institute of BC, and the Minerva Foundation for BC Women. Her community lens gives her unique insight into the value of nonprofit organizations and the outsized impact of AI on their ability to deliver.
Kim earned her BA from the University of British Columbia and her MBA from the University of Victoria.
