Kim Logan, MBA
Principal

Kim Logan has an innate ability to listen, challenge and collaborate and she is passionate about using those skills to help organizations develop strategies, solve problems and achieve success.
Kim has worked across a multitude of disciplines, industries and sectors throughout her career in both the public and private sector, from large, complex Fortune 500 companies to start-ups and scale-ups. She specializes in seizing market opportunities and navigating disruption and risk from advancements in technology and AI.
Kim has close to two decades of experience working with technology companies of all sizes in policy development, relationship management, data analytics, strategy development, post-acquisition integration, market development and incubator programs for start-ups.
In addition to her technology experience, Kim has deep experience in healthcare policy and regulation, having served as Chief of Staff and senior advisor to the BC Health Minister, where she led significant change management, including health sector redesign, new program development and legislative change.
Kim has served on numerous boards including the Business Council of BC, the Justice Institute of BC, and the Minerva Foundation for BC Women.
Kim earned her BA from the University of BC and her MBA from the University of Victoria, where her thesis team created the business case for TELUS Agriculture, now a thriving business unit.
Max Logan, MBA
Vice President, Strategy

A strategist and problem-solver at heart, Max is a seasoned and experienced senior executive, with more than 25 years experience in both the public and private sector and more than a decade as a senior executive.
Over the course of his career Max has worked with organizations in transition, helping them to mature, scale and transform. He is skilled at bringing structure and alignment to organizations, business units and strategic projects.
Max has led the development of long-term strategic plans, working with boards and executive teams to chart the course for their organizations to the ideal future state.
He has also turned those aspirational plans into reality, by building operational, business and implementation plans, building in specific goals, milestones and deliverables, while leading, organizing, and motivating project teams.
Max has worked with organizations at all stages of the lifecycle, from start-up to scale-up to decades-long operations. In all cases, Max has a track record of helping organizations to mature and move from good to great. He has helped organizations to better leverage data, establish project management discipline, improve processes and implement a range of continuous improvement initiatives. He has helped organizations strengthen board governance and reporting to improve accountability and effectiveness.
A skilled communicator - having worked as a press secretary to multiple Cabinet Ministers - Max is equally comfortable in front of a camera as he is in a board room. Max has used those communication skills and his ability to see the big picture to help organizations and teams take on and succeed in solving their biggest, most complex problems.
Max has a BA from UBC, a post-graduate diploma in communications from Seneca College and an Executive MBA from SFU, where he graduated first in his class. In his spare time, Max continues to nurture his newly developed passion for endurance sports and human performance and recently completed his first Ironman triathlon.
